We'll come out of the gates looking at exactly what you needto be eating to NOURISH your body. You'll get guidelines,sample meal plans and even options to help you take it to thelevelyouneed! You'll set personal goals and we'll be right there withyou to make sure you achieve them.
1/12 Thursday 5:30 pm- ALIVE Culimary Coaching Workshop
1/15 Sunday 2:30 pm: 90 minute Yoga Workshop
Yoga can be hugely beneficial to your success.... annnnd it can be scary! No fear here. We're going to spend the first thirty minutes helping you understand just exactly what you should be doing. Then, we'll put it all into practice!
1/19 Thursday 5:30 pm: Stress, Sleep, and Hormones
You can't accomplish your health goals without paying attention to the interplay of these components. It's called the HPA Axis and it is THE KEY.

We're going to start with a little talk about SMART exercise and finish with a fun fitness activity to get you thinking aout how to incorporate more fitness fun into your own life!
