A bout the band:
TRIAL BY FIRE is born out of the hearts of five seasoned North Carolina - based musicians who have decided to answer that question. It is their vision to bring that 1996 tour to Journey fans across the country; to embrace the sound and visuals of the Steve Perry era of Journey.
Prepare to let TRIAL BY FIRE take you back to an earlier day when lighters were held high, and you couldn't help but sing along to such powerful choruses as “Don’t Stop Believin’”, “Wheel in the Sky”, “Lights”, "Separate Ways" and "Faithfully"

Yes! Don't be fooled by our size! At the end of the day we are owned by a family, and are juggling the challenges of owning and operating a restaurant in the modern era. We want to THANK YOU for your patronage, and hope you enjoy your time on the water like us!
All events, unless otherwise noted in the description, have first come first serve seating. This means that we do not gurantee seating. Local on the Water is however, VERY large. We have over 500 seats, with two different stages. Most people find a place to enjoy our shows.
No! Local on the water has HUNDREDS of live events a year. We do not charge anything for attendance to over 90% of them.
All ticket sales are final; no refunds, no rain checks, no re-entry, no exceptions. If a show is outright canceled, your tickets will be fully refunded automatically. Processing may take up to 5 business days.

Local on the Water has ample lot and street parking. It can get very busy so we always suggest early arrivals. We also have an open, self serve dock if youre coming by boat!
Yes! Local on the water is open daily in season and select days off season. We offer three bars, two outdoor and one indoor, along with a full menu for dinner, lunch, and brunch.

Yes, Local on the Water is wheelchair friendly and full accessible. There are multiple areas of seating, each with accessibility ramps, as well as a fully accessible set of bathrooms.
