NJ Social is teaming up with Tri-Peruvian, and L'Punto to curate an intimate and elevated culinary journey through the three iconic regions of Peru: the Coast, the Andes, and the Amazon.
Tri-Peruvian is a curated 9-course tasting experience that highlights the bold ingredients, rich traditions, and vibrant flavors that make Peruvian cuisine one of the most celebrated in the world.
Each course guides guests along a Ruta Gastronómica, exploring the bright citrus flavors of the Coast, the earthy and ancestral dishes of the Andes, and the vibrant, tropical tastes of the Amazon.
Throughout the evening, Executive Chef Jimmy Valdivia will personally introduce the dishes he has created, offering insight into the inspiration and cultural story behind each course.
