<h3>Join us for the first in a series of workshops providing hands-on tree care experience.</h3><h4>There will be three rotating modules with no more than 10 people in each for a true hands-on learning experience.</h4> <h4>Learning Modules:</h4><ul><li>Structural Pruning Attendees will learn basic pruning terminology, to identify structural defects and will apply learned techniques on site during this module.</li><li>Tree ID Attendees will learn to identify 15 native trees useful in urban landscaping situations on site</li><li>Grades and Standards Attendees will learn to grade container grown trees on site. </li></ul>The workshop is geared towards green industry professionals, landscapers, tree trimmers, pesticide applicators, nursery owners, city/county employees, HOA landscaping committes, students<h4>This event will provide 3 CEUs for: ISA, FNGLA, LIAF</h4>Light breakfast will be provided.Please bring a water bottle, and dress appropriately: Closed toe shoes, pants, hatsFor questions: ggiacinto@ufl.edu
