Treasure Coast Hands On Training (T.C. H.O.T.) 2024

This years Treasure Coast H.O.T. will be held at the Indian River State Public Safety Complex in Fort Pierce, Florida.

The HOT is a two day hands on fire conference that will feature:

Fire Department Engine Company Operations with Live Fire, Truck Company Operations,

Rapid Intervention Team Operations and

Vehicle Extrication.

Each student will be able to pick a total of (2) tracks.

Each track is an (8) hour day.

Example:

Day One-Engine Company

Day Two-Truck Company operations.

Tracks will be filled on a first come first serve basis so sign up early.

In addition to the hands on tracts the HOT will feature a 16 hour classroom component for company officers and future company officers.

Leadership, scene management, scene size up, and other information that will make the company office successful will be presented during this highly interactive course.

CEUs for continuous education through FCDICE will be given upon completion of the conference.

This conference sells out every year so sign up early.

Each hands-on track is 8 hours and will be filled on a first come first serve basis.

Students are required to bring NFPA complaint bunker gear and if possible an SCBA with bottle.

Lunch will be provided each day.
