Learn the simple set of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma.

TRE® triggers the body’s natural reflex of shaking or vibrating, which helps release muscle tension and relax the nervous system. When activated in a safe and controlled setting, this process encourages the body to return to a balanced and calm state.

Created by Dr. David Berceli, TRE® is a somatic technique designed as a self-help tool. Once learned, it can be used whenever needed, providing ongoing support for personal health and wellbeing.


Reported benefits of TRE® include; Less worry, reduced muscualar tension, more resiliance and more.


Led by a qualified TRE® provider.


Please bring a yoga mat, cushion and blanket (If you do not have a yoga mat, let me know as I have some spare)


Advisory Information

  • Suitable for all levels, from regular shakers to those completely new to TRE.
  • Please dress in comfortable clothing, ideally with some layers up top as you may feel a little cold after the tremoring.
  • All participants must be over 18 years old.
  • A group class is not recommended for anyone with severe trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, burnout and serious health conditions or those who find it very challenging to self-regulate (unable to calm down when emotionally distressed). If you have this, better to arrange 1-1 session first.
  • Group sessions are not suitable if you are pregnant. If you have had a recent operation, surgery or recently experienced a serious injury, it is best to allow yourself a minimum of 3 months before joining a session.
