This is not your typical hotel ballroom experience with standard round-tops and hard seats, washed out projector and scratchy sound. This is a full blown larger than life experience where our group of exciting and distinctive travel suppliers will introduce or reacquaint you to their latest products and enhancements all in a state of the art, leather recliner seats, high definition giant screen, theater experience!

IMPORTANT EVENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION: By registering for this or any event produced by Travursity, LLC, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in Travursity, LLC's Registration & Event Policy by clicking here or below.

Each registration must contain the specific individual Travel Agent's Information. Duplicate names on the same registration will be cancelled and registered space at the event will be lost!

Please note that this is a travel industry only event and only registered travel agents with an IATA/CLIA/TRUE/ARC number or host affiliation will be allowed to attend. Anyone that registers and/or attends and is not able to verify their industry credentials will be turned away without exception. Also please bring plenty of business cards (one will definitely be needed for admission) so you can be recognized by the suppliers or for networking purposes.

IMPORTANT FAQ's

• Who is able to register for a showcase?

These events are only for verified travel agents only. No suppliers or vendors may register as an agent out of respect for the participating supplier and vendors that are present.

• Why am I unable to register?

These events are subject to availabilty and are limited in space due to venue capacity restrictions. We do try to accomodate as many agents as possible through our waitlist, but there are times where we are unable to fulfill those that have signed up for the waitlist.

• Am I able to register/show up at the door for any showcase?

Unfortunatley we do not accept walk-up registrations due to contractual venue restrictions. Any walk-up agents trying to attend without a prior registration will not be able to participate in the event or allowed to enter the venue.

• Are there any fees to register?

Yes. All showcases include a nominal registration fee to ensure attendance and mange accommodations.

• Why is there a registration fee?

Although we try to keep these fees affordable, we believe these fees are essential, by greatly reducing duplicate registrations and agent No-Shows that regrettably wastes food, space and resources while preventing other agents the opportunity to participate.

• Is my registration/ticket refundable?

Yes. Your ticket is eligible for full refund up to 15 days prior to the event date by contacting info@travursity.com in writing and providing complete names, event and date, reason for cancellation as well as order number. Travursity, LLC is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail and all refunds will be processed back to the card used, pursuant to Eventbrite refund policies.

• Can I get a refund if I cancel less than 15 days prior to event?

Unfortunately no, these events require accurate attendance numbers and involve a great deal of financial commitment by the participating suppliers and Travursity, LLC. Last minute cancellations and No-Shows are detrimental to the ability to produce shows such as these.

• Can I register for another agent?

Yes. But only for a maximum of 2 travel agents per registration; and each agent name and credentials must be submitted. Duplicated names will be cancelled, and registered space will be lost.

• Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Yes. Must be over 21 and a verified or hosted travel agent with a IATA/CLIA/TRUE/ARC code to attend.

• What suppliers will be participating at the event?

Every location may have different suppliers participating and may change at any time. Travursity is not a tradeshow but a showcase of select suppliers & vendors.

• What are my transportation/parking options for the event?

Self-parking is generally available at multiple locations near the event venue. Valet, lot or venue fees are at the registrant’s discretion and expense. Travursity, LLC assumes no responsibility nor liability for any personal injuries and/or any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.

• Is my registration/ticket transferable?

No. Each ticket is for registered travel agent only.

• Can I update my registration information?

• Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You should bring your ticket to expedite your check-in. Only pre-registered guests will be allowed to attend and participate. All Showcases are capacity controlled and additional walk up registrations may be unavailable at time of event.
