Participation in this program also serves as an evaluation process for alignment with JMC Getaways standards and potential continuation within the organization.

Program Structure & Executive Summary

Week 1 – Supplier Structure & Execution

Focus is placed on establishing foundational structure and becoming familiar with key travel suppliers. Participants will learn how to navigate supplier platforms and begin organizing their workflow.

Outcome:
Develop initial system familiarity and establish a structured approach to supplier usage.

Week 2 – Cruise Knowledge & Application

Participants are introduced to major cruise lines and learn how to evaluate and position cruise options. Emphasis is placed on practical application and building sample cruise itineraries.

Outcome:
Gain confidence in discussing and building cruise travel options.

Week 3 – Tours, Destinations & Trip Development

This phase focuses on guided travel and multi-day trip planning. Participants will learn how to structure complete itineraries and understand destination flow.

Outcome:
Ability to design and present complete travel experiences.

Week 4 – Specialization & Revenue Strategy

Participants are guided into identifying profitable niches and developing strategies for pricing, positioning, and long-term growth within the travel industry.

Outcome:
Clear direction for business development and revenue generation.
