Trauma YOUniversity 101 is the first of a three-part Trauma-Informed & Resilience training series.

TY 101 focuses on learning what trauma really means, understanding how we all in some way experience stress and trauma, and learn a new method of how to access resilience, clear thinking, and healing.

TY 201 focuses on integrating the information from TY 101 in your own life in effort to build sustainable change and healing.

TY 301 focuses on integrating the information from TY 101 & TY 102, and teaching how to use the practical, easy to use tools to reach others in your community.

Each training generally focuses on the following framework:

Brain: Understanding the neurology of trauma

Body: Physical impact of trauma and tension

Behavior: Steps to clearer thinking which leads to action

Belief: Expanding view of self, others, and faith
