✨ An Evening of Healing: Understanding Trauma + Restorative Yoga ✨
📅 Wednesday, May 27th, 2026
📍Current Education Center - 60 E Butler Ave. 2nd Floor, Ambler, Pa 19002
⏰ 6:30 - 8 pm
Something special is happening this May — and we'd love for you to be part of it.
Join us for a thoughtfully designed evening that brings together two powerful healing modalities: trauma education and gentle yoga. Whether you're curious about how trauma lives in the body, or you're simply looking for a soft place to land mid-week, this evening was made for you.
Here's how the evening unfolds:
🧠 FIRST HALF — Understanding Trauma
Psychologist, professor, and owner of TIPS, Dr. Bryan Blum, will guide us through an accessible, compassionate look at trauma and trauma responses — what they are, how they show up in our daily lives, and why understanding them is the first step toward healing. No clinical jargon, just real, grounded conversation.
🧘 SECOND HALF — Gentle Hatha Yoga
Yoga teacher and wellness advocate Jaclyn McKeown (owner of WellFramed Media) will lead us through a calming, restorative yoga class rooted in Hatha tradition. Expect breathwork, gentle movement, nervous system regulation, and meditation — designed to integrate everything we've just explored.
Jaclyn has spent 14 years in the health and wellness space, weaving together yoga, sound healing, breathwork, and dance medicine. She's a mental health advocate who believes movement is medicine.
This class is open to ALL levels — no yoga experience needed. Come as you are. 🤍
🎟️ Tickets may be purchased for $75 along with registration.
