Chill out and heal with some gentle yoga moves designed to help you feel grounded and calm.

Trauma-Informed Yoga Class
Join Brit Weeks for a gentle, trauma-informed yoga practice designed to support relaxation, connection, and nervous system regulation. This class offers a welcoming, judgment-free space where you are encouraged to listen to your body, move at your own pace, and make choices that feel right for you.
Classes will be held on the lawn at Cecil Cottages. In the event of cold or rainy weather, class will be moved indoors.
Please bring:
Yoga mat

Water bottle

Any props that help you feel comfortable

A love offering box will be available on the table for those who wish to contribute. Your support helps make these classes possible, but no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Class is limited to 8.


Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, you are welcome here. Together we will explore mindful movement, breath awareness, grounding practices, and opportunities for rest in a supportive community setting.
All bodies, abilities, and experience levels are welcome.

Class will continue every Tuesday following the first class on June 30th.
