If you have struggled to maintain a positive relationship with exercise in the past, or have sustained an injury and find yourself hesitant or anxious to re-engage with exercise, this workshop is for you. Come learn the systems at work in self-protection, their interplay, and how we can work within them to increase our safety, lessen our anxiety and internal resistance, and improve our overall relationship with struggle and discomfort without overwhelming our bodies or minds.
