Trauma-Informed ADHD

Welcome to Trauma-Informed ADHD!

ADHD and trauma frequently intersect, creating unique challenges for emotional regulation, executive functioning, and relationships. This 3-hour live online training is designed for therapists who want to deepen their understanding of how trauma impacts the ADHD brain and how to integrate trauma-informed strategies into clinical practice.

Through a neuroscientific lens, this course explores the overlapping symptoms of ADHD and trauma, equipping participants with practical, evidence-based interventions to foster healing, resilience, and improved daily functioning in their clients. Using case examples, actionable tools, and interactive discussions, therapists will gain strategies to enhance emotional regulation, strengthen executive functioning, and build self-esteem in ADHD clients.
