Healing the Wounds of the Heart: Trauma Healing Group

DATES: SATURDAYS, OCTOBER 12TH, 19TH, & 26TH

TIMES: 10:00AM - 3:00PM (EST)

If you, or someone you may know, suffer(s) from hopelessness, nightmares, ongoing sadness, exhaustion, unexplained anger, flashbacks, being overwhelmed by anxiety, feelings of isolation, or unprocessed grief and pain, whatever the source, we are here to help you heal.

This online trauma healing group is led by trained trauma healing facilitators equipped to offer support, guidance, tools, and resources to help you navigate your healing journey. Together we mend hearts and nurture souls through a participatory journey of discussions and activities designed to engage the whole person.

During trauma healing groups, we create a safe and sacred space for everyone to discover what the Bible says about the suffering caused from traumatic events. We explore personal trauma(s) and release the emotional pain carried because of its effects.

Since trust and continuity of the journey are important to experiencing the full healing process you are encouraged to attend all sessions.

All are welcome to join us in the journey.

Frequently asked questions

What is the age requirement?

This is an adult trauma healing group. All participants must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Is there a fee?

There is no fee for participation, but we do request a commitment to attend all sessions.

Why do you need my mailing address?

We want to ensure we care well for everyone in the journey. We mail participant materials and the Healing the Wound's of Trauma Participant Book prior to the start of each group.

What if I can not attend the first session?

It's better to plan to attend a later group if you are not able to attend the 'meet and greet' at the first session. Since trust and continuity are essential to the trauma healing journey, we request a commitment to all session, if possible.

Do I need to show my face during group sessions?

Yes. It allows everyone to be more actively engaged when we can see everyone's face.
