Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, comfortable clothing, and an open mind ready to relax and move.

WHAT TO WEAR

Wear comfortable, breathable athletic clothing like a fitted top and stretchy leggings so you can move freely and stay comfortable throughout class. Avoid baggy clothing that will fall over your face when you bend down towards the ground.

PERSONAL ITEMS

We kindly ask that you bring a very small bag to keep your personal items.

CANCELLATION OF CLASSES

High demand for classes means that no-shows and last-minute cancellations can prevent other students from participating.
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your class reservation at least 1 day before class. All sales are final.

ARRIVAL & LATE POLICY

Please aim to reach the studio at least 10 minutes before the class begins. Note that I enforce a 5-minute late policy, and entry to the practice space is not permitted after the first 5 minutes of the class.
