Welcome to Trap CPR with Sam. Flex those knees we will be working! Performing life saving compressions to the hits of your favorite trap beats. TRAP is NOT what you think it is for this class! Even if you are certified, come anyway, This will be a time you will NOT forget. Attire is cute and comfy. Parking is free. Light refreshments will be served. There will be a raffel and door prize, get there on time!
