A transition Fair

Please join us at our 2026 Transition Fair: meet with the many organizations that help transitioning from highschool to adulthood for person's with disabilities.

Join us at Building A at the UFV Chilliwack Campus from 4-6:30 for the Building Connections Fair. Chilliwack based organizations will have information booths to answer questions about work options, college courses, community programs and events. Prizes will be drawn every hour. This is a chance for families and young adults to learn more about the options available and to network with organization and other families. Light refreshments will be provided. Registration is not required but recommended!
