Alliance for Community Transit LA is a citywide coalition of 35 tenants rights and affordable housing advocates, transit equity advocates, and community development organizations striving to create community transit and a more sustainable city.

Alliance for Community Transit - Los Angeles

Los Angeles County is making a groundbreaking $160 billion investment in public transportation and mobility. Now we must ensure the buildout goes hand in hand with equitable development strategies. Join ACT-LA for a town hall meeting with Metro Board members and staff to discuss how we can ensure transit investments support community development, anti-displacement strategies, good job creation, and more. Learn about the upcoming policy landscape and what communities of color are doing to ensure equity in transit-oriented development.
