We will start with a short guided exercise to move the group out of everyday reality and into a more creative space--for example a somatic breathing exercise, a grounding meditation or an activity to help you leave your worries at the door.
This will be followed by a series of guided writing prompts will follow to help you find new ways to connect with the Earth, the seasons, the current phase of the moon, and yourself. I take inspiration from the current season, the weather, the moon phase and pagan and traditional holidays when I craft each of these monthly workshops--so as we progress through the year together, you can expect something different and fun each time!
