Laura, an energy medicine and sound healing practitioner, weaves the elements of meditation, breathwork, and sound healing to aid you in releasing energetic blockages and connecting deeper with your sacred self. Cocooned in vibrational medicine, you are supported in re-establishing harmony between the mind, body, and heart. Laura lovingly holds sacred space for you to embody your wholeness.All are welcome. For your comfort, please bring a yoga mat &amp; blanket.Bio Laura Rebecca Sanchez, MSN, NP, MIM is an energy medicine practitioner, sound healer, and trauma-informed nurse practitioner. She is dedicated to guiding others in holistic healing of the body, mind, and heart. Laura’s mission is to lovingly support individuals in stepping into their authentic power, cultivating inner peace, and reclaiming their unique voice. She is a graduate of UC Berkeley, UC San Francisco, the Academy of Intuition Medicine®, and is completing her sound healing studies at the Globe Institute. Laura gracefully weaves together her knowledge of the body with her experience in energy medicine, sound healing, and modern mysticism, offering transformative soundbaths, 1:1 sessions, and workshops.
