About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

Join Julia Johannsen, founder of the Impact Collective and facilitator of Privilege & Purpose: Transformative Retreat for Women for a Q&A. This in-person weekend retreat we are offering in Fall 2025 in the Bay Area and in Spring 2026 in other locations, is the cornerstone of a 3-part hybrid experience that will guide you from awareness to action and empowerment. Designed to fit your life, family, beliefs, and financial situation, Transformative Retreat is for those with more than enough money to thrive and a curiosity about their role in the financial system. Each woman will leave the workshop with a personalized action plan that aligns her money with her values.

The Impact Collective

Our mission is to close the racial wealth gap by educating and activating people with wealth to leverage their influence and affluence within a diverse and connected community. We envision a truly equitable America where all people can access the capital and opportunities they seek to thrive regardless of their skin color or socioeconomic status.
