Transformative Case Management: Supporting High-Risk Populations

This 3-hour workshop will provide case managers and street outreach workers with the essential tools and strategies to implement trauma-informed care when collaborating with hospitals, victim advocacy organizations, coroners' offices, and funeral homes.
