<h3>About Us:</h3><p>Michele Ater is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in trauma recovery. psychedelic psychotherapy and spiritual connectiveness.  </p><p>L﻿isa Anton is a Transformational Breathwork Facilitator, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master and so much more! </p><p>Collaboratively we come together to process and heal our inner selves through mindfulness, breathwork and cognitive therapy.   This group event connects you in a safe and trustful way while healing a deep level of trauma with trained professionals who can help guide and protect your vulnerability.  We hold space for you to unwind, unfold and release from a deeper level of unconsciousness beliefs and traumas, restorative soul &amp; generational healing and potentially past lives.</p><p>Controlled breathwork is an avenue of psychedelic healing through your own breath!   It's empowering, enlightening and transformational!  </p>

<h3>What To Bring:</h3><p>Participants please bring a water bottle, yoga mat and/or blanket and a pillow.  </p><p>Optional items: eye mask, journal, altar items, healing crystals...whatever makes you comfortable to dive in deep.</p><p><strong><em>F﻿or an optimal experience, please do not participate in any recreational drugs, alcohol, etc. 24 hours prior to the breathwork event.  It is not recommended to arrive in an altered state of any kind. </em></strong></p>

<h3>What To Expect:</h3><p>Breathwork is a powerful transformative experience that facilitates a conscious connection with spirit, body, and hidden aspects of ourselves. Similar to plant medicine, but this journey takes you there with breathwork alone. You will learn this breathwork technique to trick your mind to go into an altered state that will take you on your unique journey.</p><p>You are your own healer and have all of the answers you seek. Each breathwork session is an empowering journey unique to each individual who is ready to release, grow and make positive shifts in their life. Let go of any expectations coming into this experience and trust how your body and mind wants to guide you</p><p>In order to induce the breathwork journey, the facilitator(s) must lead the group to  enter a 'trance-like' state. Special music and ceremonial drumming will be used to mimic the frequency or 'heartbeat' of the earth and put the mind in a more relaxed state</p><p>Holotropic breathing is said to facilitate mental, spiritual, and physical healing benefits. It's thought to have the potential to bring about improved self-awareness and a more positive outlook on life.</p><p>We create a safe space with experienced facilitators and limit class sizes for the ultimate experience.</p>
