Transformational Shamanic Breathwork
Breathwork to unmap the stories in your fascia. Release stagnant tension, elevate your energy, and reconnect to the truth of who you are.
The Experience: A Somatic Breathwork Journey
Join us on a Breathwork journey to clear the stagnant stories stored in your body. Release deep-seated stress, expand your energetic capacity, and reconnect with your highest self.
Phase 1: Foundation & Intent:
We begin by grounding into the physical body. This is a deliberate transition from the noise of the day into a focused, internal state. We establish a clear intention, preparing the nervous system for deep work.
Phase 2: The Active Breath & Nervous System Regulation:
Using a structured 2-part and 3-part active breathing technique, we begin to shift the body’s chemistry. By layering in breath retentions, we intentionally engage the "survival" energy stored in the fascia and nervous system. This process allows latent tension to surface so it can be physically processed and released.
Phase 3: The Peak & Catharsis:
As the journey reaches its peak, you’ll have a focused window to let go of whatever the body is ready to shed. This is a high-autonomy moment designed for total somatic release, moving through the "armor" to clear the path for what's next.
Phase 4: Stillness & Cognitive Integration:
We transition from the high-intensity breath into a deep, guided meditation. In this relaxed state, the brain moves into a more receptive frequency, allowing you to bypass the "inner critic" and connect with your intuitive truth.
Phase 5: Closing the Loop:
We conclude by bringing the awareness back into the physical space. We take a final moment as a group to integrate the experience, ensuring you leave feeling regulated, clear-headed, and back in your body.
If you are new to Breathwork, no worries, this class is for everyone if you feel the call!
What to Bring for Your Journey:
- Comfort: A yoga mat and a cozy blanket (your body temperature may drop during the deep relaxation phase & you'll want something comfortable to lie on).
- Attire: Wear comfortable layers that allow for full, expansive breathing.
- Reflection: A journal and pen if you want to capture any insights or "decoded" messages during integration.
- Hydration: A water bottle.
- Essence: Just an open heart and a curious mind. We’ll provide the rest.
MEET YOUR HOST:
Greta Ruljevaite is a Breathwork facilitator, integration guide, and somatic explorer dedicated to helping others find calm, presence, and joy through the body and breath. After spending much of her teens and twenties caught in relentless fight-or-flight and debilitating anxiety, Greta began a deep journey of self-discovery. Through patience, curiosity, and layers of healing through Breathwork, meditation, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation, she uncovered the root causes of her pain and slowly shifted from chronic tension to inner peace, from anxiety to calm, and from survival to true aliveness. Today, she shares these tools with gentleness and reverence, believing that healing is not about perfection, but about returning home to ourselves, one breath, one honest moment at a time. Greta lives in California and continues to learn, integrate, and guide others with an open heart.
