<h3>Transformational Breathwork: Healing Your Inner Child</h3> Many of us are plagued by childhood experiences that continue to go unresolved. We suppress them consciously, but they play out unconsciously. This breathwork event will provide an opportunity to cut the cords of emotional attachment from those childhood experiences so they no longer impact our present moments. Whether you are new to breathwork or have been practicing for years, this event is open to all levels. Don't miss this opportunity to deepen your practice and experience the profound benefits of surrendering through your breath.Our breathwork experience will begin with a brief introduction sharing details of what you can expect, followed by an invitation to set your intention for your practice. <h4>Holotropic Breathwork has been proven to aid in:</h4><ul><li>Stress release</li><li>Emotional detox</li><li>Increased self-awareness</li><li>Enhanced perspective</li><li>Alleviation of depression &amp; anxiety symptoms</li></ul>After the practice, I will hold space for integration and mindful discussion. <h4>What to bring:</h4><ul><li>A yoga mat</li><li>Blanket</li><li>Water</li><li>Optional: eye mask, pen &amp; notepad</li></ul> Free parking is available in the lot behind the studio and on the street with paid meters.<h4> </h4>**PLEASE NOTE: It is advised that you do not consume food or caffeine 2-3 hours before attendance in order to experience the full benefits of the practice.*****Individuals with the following conditions should not participate: cardiovascular disorders, epilepsy or other convulsive disorders, glaucoma or retinal detachment, pregnancy, or severe mental illness.***
