With more than 10 years experience in the Yoga industry, and 10,000+ hours of training and certifications she brings a wealth of learnings and insights to her workshops. Known for her fast-moving energy and ability to accelerate the healing process in people, she now focuses on self-development through spirituality. Today she shares her teachings on stage around the world (from SweatLife to Tech Open Air to Melt Festival). Her mission is to help people move past internal struggles, and into the realm of their natural, human brilliance.

Breathwork is a gateway towards deeper connection and energetic freedom. Within this two hour workshop you will experience the transformational shifts from a variety of ancient tools and practices. Each month will be a different collective conscious theme. Our time together will be a combination of group coaching, self reflection, deep healing, and an active breathwork meditation practice.Please wear comfortable clothes and bring something to cover your eyes as well as a journey and pen. 25 euro energy exchange. * limited spots available* due to COVID 19 please note you will need to bring all your own items to practice with.
