What should I wear/bring?

Dress for warmth and comfort - we'll be lying down on yoga mats, so loungewear, yoga clothes or sweats are great. Of course street clothes are perfectly fine too! Bring a water bottle and a journal.

What if I've never done breathwork before?

No Problem - Stephen is a highly-experienced guide who can assist those who want to dive in for the first time or those who are long-term practitioners.
