What makes the difference between a Rotary club that is thriving, growing, and offering a dynamic club environment, and one that is not? Research would suggest that ADAPTABILITY – that is the ability to listen to members’ needs and make the necessary changes to keep everyone inspired - is a key component for success. Adaptable clubs move beyond the “way we’ve always done things” to “what do we need TODAY?” And becoming an adaptable club takes a willingness to embrace change, and involve others. During this workshop we will:<ul><li>Consider how to embrace the vision for our shared future</li><li>Learn to leverage the benefits of collaboration in and among our clubs</li><li>Discuss the benefits of asking questions and eliciting feedback on a regular basis</li><li>Challenge processes and procedures in order to find new ways to thrive</li></ul>Participants will leave the session with skills and strategies to use in their clubs and beyond. Doors open at 8:30 a.m. and a breakfast buffet is included. The workshop will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m. Spaces are limited -- reserve your spot now!During registration, you&#x27;ll be asked a few questions about yourself and your club. Only the facilitators will see your responses.
