Mystic Warrior Weekend full access pass includes lunch on both days excluding dinner which is an add-on option under tickets. If you purchased a single-day pass you can add on lunch for that day. If you’re interested in food please order ahead of time, everything is made to order and you will not be
All sales are final. No refund or exchanges will be issued for any reason but you may transfer your pass to another person.
Unfortunately no, there is nowhere to store your belongings. We recommend bringing as little as possible. You can place your belongings in the area where you will be attending your class, but Transcend Fest is not responsible for any lost or stolen items throughout the festival weekend.
A Mat and a water bottle! There will be water provided by one of our sponsors but it’s always good to bring your own just in case!
Transcend Fest happens rain or shine. The event is both inside and outside and our outside classes can be moved inside in the event of inclement weather.
Yep! As long as you have your wristband you can come and go as you please.
Yep! Camping is available as an add-on option for Saturday evening and is included in our Mystical Warrior weekend pass. Camping will be in the parking lot of the venue and is rustic style on gravel so if you plan on camping please plan accordingly. The venue allows tent, car, and RV camping for $35
Doors open at 7:30am on Saturday with the opening ceremony beginning at 8:00am and 8:00am on Sunday with the first class beginning at 8:30am.
Unfortunately no, we love your furry friends but only service animals are allowed at this event.
It is recommended to pre-register for all of your festival classes prior to the event to avoid being waitlisted.
A full list of teachers and presenters will be updated on our site once the schedule is live. All advertised teachers and presenters have confirmed their appearance at Transcend Fest, but schedules are subject to change without notice. In the event that a teacher or presenter cancels or is cancelled
Although bringing your paper ticket to the event is not necessary, we recommend that you bring it just in case.
