Training Others

This class will help participants learn a systematic, organized and comprehensive approach to training one-on-one.

The goal is to provide practical information tailored to the needs of those who are responsible for co-worker training as one of their job responsibilities.

The class includes the following topics:

• Principles of adult learning
• Needs analysis
• Outlining targeted jobs
• Writing training procedures
• Sequencing training
• Developing training plans and records
• Implementing a training program
• Evaluating training
• Maintaining the training system
• The class is highly interactive and includes numerous short activities to reinforce learning.
