In healthcare settings, dealing with complex challenges, escalated tensions, and badly behaved high performers is a common occurrence. To address these issues, a course has been designed in order to understand the underpinnings of conflict in the complex and adaptive world of healthcare.

Dr. Joiner will facilitate the course alongside guest instructors who have over 80 years of healthcare leadership experience in Tennessee. The course will cover topics such as risk management, clinician behavior, and public health conflicts.
