<h3>What kind of class is this?</h3><ul><li>This bootcamp workout is designed to push your limits. You will increase your strength using bodyweight movements and equipment like slam balls, TRX, and dumbbells.</li></ul>

<h3>Date and time?</h3><ul><li>Every Sunday starting at 10am sharp!</li><li>Guests arriving 5 minutes after class starts must complete 10 burpees after class ends!</li></ul>

<h3>What should I bring?</h3><ul><li>Please just bring yourself, a positive attitude, a bottle of water and wear comfortable sneakers. It’s going to be a blast!</li></ul>

<h2>Meet your trainer - Wayne Mordelle Jr</h2><ul><li>Wayne’s passion for fitness began when he was a kid, participating in basketball, baseball, taekwondo, hockey, soccer, you name it! He went to school in Michigan to master his craft and has been in personal health/nutrition since! Wayne’s been a fitness trainer for 13 years!</li></ul>
