Train the Presenter

This Course Covers

• Internalize KWU tools and standards.
• Practice teaching techniques to enhance your training skills.
• Learn how to incorporate productivity-boosting activities into the learning experience.
• Build, effectively prepare, and deliver a short presentation.
• Give and receive feedback that will contribute to learning and growth.

Day One (June 10th): Learn and practice teaching techniques to improve training skills.

Day Two (June 11th): Attendees will deliver a short presentation for formal feedback and evaluation, as well as give and receive feedback.

Each day will be from 8:30am - 5pm.

You can register for Day One Only or Both Days. (Both days are required for anyone who wants to become certified as a KWU Instructor. )

Instructor: Antoinette Perez

Antoinette Perez has been a dedicated part of the Keller Williams University community for 26 years, serving as an International Master Faculty Instructor, developing KWU faculty, and leading Train the Presenter and Trainer workshops that help aspiring facilitators grow into confident, high-impact trainers. With deep institutional knowledge and a passion for equipping others with the skills to lead transformative learning experiences, she brings both expertise and a commitment to excellence. 

In addition to her long-standing work at Keller Williams, Antoinette is the founder of Wednesday Workshop, Inc., a learning experience design firm specializing in personal and professional development through workshops, coaching, and keynote speaking. Through Wednesday Workshop, she helps workshop leaders, speakers, and entrepreneurs refine their content and delivery, ensuring their message is both engaging and actionable. 

Whether developing high-quality instructors at KW or coaching professionals in other industries, Antoinette is dedicated to elevating the craft of facilitation and empowering others to create lasting impact.
