A morning to reconnect with yourself, bringing awareness to your thoughts in a positive way and tools to support change organically over time.

A half-day workshop in the beautiful setting of the Glen of the Downs for anyone who would like some space to reflect upon a change they would like to happen in their lives.

While exploring thoughts through meditation and gentle walking, you will gain some simple mindfulness and life coaching strategies to help support the process.

• turn a self-limiting belief into an empowering thought that is true to you

• explore simple meditations to quieten your mind

• looking for a bit of time out to reconnect with themselves

• feeling like they are always racing through life

• finding they are caught up in their heads, always thinking

• speaking quite harshly to themselves

• needing help in working through some self-doubt

• searching for a little clarity on some aspects of life

• ready to make a change but afraid to take the first step

- Arrive at 9.45 a.m. for registration and get nicely settled.

- Bring a journal and pen.

- There will be a gentle walk outside during the workshop (weather permitting). Wear comfortable clothes, shoes and jacket for outdoors.
This is a gentle stroll and does not require high fitness levels!
You will be exploring the beautiful woodlands while reflecting on questions, allowing you to tune out the noise of everyday life and tune into yourself.
