Trail Run Fest

Rose Physical Therapy has two locations in downtown DC to offer you cutting edge therapy so that you can keep training and racing like you want. Rose accepts all private health insurance, appointments are one-on-one with a therapist for one hour, and all of our therapists are highly trained in many diagnostic and treatment techniques so you will get the most expertise to help you feel better again.Pacers Running is a partner of the community here in the DC area with six locations to help you get the gear you need. From incredible locally branded apparel to fun runs that involve the whole community and support great causes like St. Jude's scientific research, Pacers is there to support everyone in the DC community.Pacers opened in 2003, Rose opened in 2013, and the two have been partners in building our running community ever since.

<DIV><SPAN><A HREF="https://rosept.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Rose Physical Therapy Group</A><SPAN> is hosting the 2019 Trail Run Fest in the Capitol Riverfront! We'll be starting things off at Rose in Navy Yard and ending at </SPAN><A HREF="https://www.runpacers.com/location/navy-yard/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Pacers Navy Yard</A><SPAN>. Before we start, we’ll have coffee and granola bars from </SPAN><A HREF="http://slipstreamdc.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Slipstream</A><SPAN>, bagels from </SPAN><A HREF="https://www.bethesdabagels.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Bethesda Bagels</A><SPAN> and trial shoes from </SPAN><A HREF="https://www.on-running.com/en-us/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">On Running</A> that you can test during the run<SPAN>. We'll also have a gear drop so that all your stuff is transported to the finish line for you. At the finish we'll have give-aways, prizes, and drink gift certificates provided by <A HREF="https://www.shakeshack.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Shake Shack</A> for all participants! </SPAN></SPAN></DIV>

<DIV><SPAN><STRONG>Doors open at Rose at 9am</STRONG>. We’ll mingle, drink coffee, eat, do shoe trails with On Shoes, do a stretch routine with information to maximize your trail run performance, then head out on the <STRONG>run at 10am</STRONG>. We’ll end at Pacers Navy Yard.  Food and coffee with be available at Pacers as well.  We will have door prizes and discounts on Pacers merch. Gear drop to Pacers Navy Yard provided! </SPAN></DIV>

<DIV><SPAN>The Trail Run will be along the Anacostia trail, led by Pacers, as much trail as possible will be included. We will have two run options.  A 3-mile loop and a 5 mile loop.  The 3-mile loop will have a run leader, the 5-mile loop will be mapped and self-guided.  </SPAN></DIV>
