McLaughlin Method, a boutique consultancy, leverages founder Katie McLaughlin’s organizational change, transformative learning & training programs, and knowledge of adult behavior & performance. We produce theater-based interventions that help leaders build and boost their empathy skills, allows teams to reconnect and deal with conflict, and companies to build inclusive cultures that inspire and motivate productive teams.Programs include: team health rebuilding workshops & series, one on one coaching, group coaching, inclusion programming, and workplace culture consulting.

An experiential workshop for healing from toxic workplaces so you can get through your work week and move forward.

A facilitated, experiential workshop for people currently struggling in a toxic work environment or if you&#x27;ve left and need help shedding the toxic behaviors and mindset. This Workshop is for you if:You feel:<ul><li>Isolated, frustrated, need support to deal with your toxic team, leader, or company</li><li>Confused on what to do or how to survive in a toxic work environment</li><li>Inferior in relationship(s) at work, despite your confidence outside of work</li><li>Still impacted by past toxic workplaces or leaders</li><li>On edge, afraid your current place is going to be no better</li><li>Unable to get your work done because of the toxic environment</li></ul>During this event you will gain:<ul><li>A new perspective on your situation so you can make it through your work week</li><li>Validation from a community of peers who are experiencing similar toxic workplaces -- you are not alone!</li><li>Healing and release through experiential theatre exercises</li><li>An opportunity to share your experiences with a group that gets what you are going through</li></ul>How it Works:Facilitated group workshop, not an open complaint / discussionActive, participation using the universal language of theatre and movementYou&#x27;ll be guided through prompts to express your experiences without knowing the &quot;right&quot; words With group participation, you&#x27;ll see you are not alone in your reactions and experiences in a toxic workplaceWe&#x27;ll generate solutions together for moving forward This event is NOT:Therapy SessionBitch &amp; Complain SessionConfidentialityNo RecordingsEveryone asked to remove their last name from ZoomGroup agreements to hold information shared in confidenceShare only what you are comfortable
