Is there a cost for the tour?

The tour is $10 per person. We use the funds collected to go back into restoring and maintaining the house. However, if you make a reservation before leaving the tour, we will apply the ticket cost to your reservation balance.

How long is the tour?

The tour typically takes 45 minutes to an hour.

Are children allowed?

We encourage families to come and learn about this historic house but we ask any children 6 years of age and under be handheld the entire time.

Can we see all the rooms?

Any rooms that are not occupied by a guest or is being cleaned by our housekeeper will be opened for viewing.

Where do we park and is parking free.

Yes, parking is free and located directly across from The Kalamazoo House Bed and Breakfast, in the KIA's lot. Attending guests are to park to the far left of the lot.
