About this event

Families of pre-school aged children are invited to explore the wonders of the Weedon Island Preserve! Every class will have a different theme featuring Florida-specific fauna or history. Families will be treated to rhymes, stories, songs, crafts, and seasonal outdoor activities that connect them to our natural world.

Activities are intended for youth aged 3-5 years old. Parents or guardians only need to register the youth(s) attending, but must accompany them for the duration of the program.

Spots are limited so advance registration is required.

Pinellas County complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you are a person with a disability who needs any accommodation in order to participate in this class you are entitled, at no cost to you, to the provision of certain assistance. Prior to ten (10) business days before the class, please submit your request to accommodations@pinellas.gov and weedonisland@pinellas.gov.
