🌟 Welcome to Tone Up Thursdays! 🔥🔥

Get ready for an interactive Bodyweight Workout experience where YOU decide the action! Here's how it works:

🗳️ Every Tuesday, cast your vote in the FIT4LIFE Community Poll for one of three exciting workout options:

  1. Full Body Workout
  2. Upper Body Workout
  3. Lower Body Workout

🏋️‍♂️ The winning workout, determined by the most votes by Wednesday, will be the thrilling session on Thursday! But that's not all—each Tone Up Thursday includes cardio and abs to keep things dynamic.

The entire class lasts approximately 35-45 minutes. We kick off with a quick warm-up to prep our bodies, dive into a dynamic full-body workout, then wind down with a cooldown stretch. The cherry on top? A 5-10 minute meditation to bring serenity to our minds.

⏰ If time is tight, feel free to skip the meditation, but trust me, staying for the full class is a game-changer!
