Meet the Instructors:

@hibaru.maywood (certified mat & reformer pilates instructor)

After moving to Los Angeles, she discovered the Reformer Pilates practice with its focus on strength training, and a few years later joined a teacher training program to learn the connection between the body, anatomy and Pilates. Hibaru's teaching style is recognizing that each body is unique, she offers personalized modifications to accommodate various needs and conditions. Her goal is simple yet profound: to guide her students towards feeling their best, both physically and mentally, by the end of each session.


@holo.hina (RYT-200, reformer pilates instructor)

Hina, RYT-200 started practicing yoga when she was 14 as a fun way to exercise and destress from school but shortly fell in love with the practice. With a commitment to overall wellness and self-empowerment, she invites her students to connect with their inner peace both on and off the mat. Hina's warm and empathetic teaching style encourages anyone in her class to tap into their full potential, supporting then on their path to a healthier and enriched life.

Frequently asked questions

What should I bring?

We suggest wearing activewear or comfortable attire suitable for movement. Don't forget to bring your yoga mat and a water bottle to stay hydrated!

Do I need to stay the whole 2 hours?

Not at all! The main activities will run for 1 - 1.5 hours, leaving the remaining time for socializing and mingling with fellow participants. You're welcome to leave whenever it suits you best.
