An intentional Community meal series that brings people together through yummy food, wellness practices, and storytelling. We create connections by supporting each other on our path of vitality and wellness.
We will gather and commune. We will set intentions and find gratitude as a community.
These are Alcohol-Free events meant to elevate and connect like-minded individuals while introducing accessible, daily tools focused on bettering our relationship with ourselves and those around us.
We encourage sober, alcohol-free, and curious friends to join.

What to expect this month:
A world-inspired Meal that is consciously sourced and prepared.

- In an attempt to meet the dietary needs of many in the community there will also be nourishing fruits and vegetables as well as tea, water, coffee.
Bring a tupperware dish or container for left-overs!
