Come draw a realistic toad portrait in graphite!
In Toadally Sketchy: Graphite study, we will be using a full set of artists graphite pencils to draw a realistic toad portrait on 5x7 paper. Working at this cale will give us plenty of time to capture fine detail!
I personally love drawing nature studies. It is an excellent way to learn control of the medium and strengthen your observational skills!
During our two hour class we will draw and shade our toad together-- warts and all. Technical skills such as capturing value, form, and texture will be covered.
