---Keep 'Em Coming Back for More! by Keith Hardy, DTM ,RHR Room
The 11th DCP goal--the final total membership on June 30 at 11:59 pm--keeps too many clubs from being officially recognized at Toastmasters International for being Distinguished or higher. Club leaders work hard to accomplish the main 10 goals, however, they can't get their final membership to 20 or higher (or to a net five new members if the club starts with 14 or fewer members for their base membership number).
The main culprit? Not retaining members.
Past District Director Keith Hardy, DTM, has worked across District 6 since 1991 helping clubs to gain and RETAIN members. He has garnered some nuggets of best practices to help clubs keep the members they worked so hard to get. Plus he wants to hear YOUR best practices for member retention, too.
Please attend this session to bring ideas back to your club for keeping members coming back for more learning and growing each dues period.
