The courses will be delivered during 4 days during the afternoon from 2.30pm to 6pm.

Scrum Foundations
(8h - 2 sessions)
As more organizations adopt Agile transformation, it’s essential to introduce staff to the benefits of how self-organizing teams deal with complex problems. This is where Scrum Foundations comes in. As an in-house introductory training, Scrum Foundations exposes newcomers to the principles of Scrum, including the ideas, language, and elements of the framework – a perfect first step in one’s Agile journey.
The Scrum Foundations course covers the existing Scrum Foundations Learning Objectives that are aligned with the most recent Scrum Guide.
There are four sections in this course, which you may complete in any order you wish. (Alternatively, you can choose to skip directly to the course quiz to assess your current skills before exploring the content.)
Each section is comprised of two or more videos and two or more practice activities or practice scenarios to help cement your learning. Sections include:
Section 1: Scrum Theory
Section 2: Scrum Roles
Section 3: Scrum Events
Section 4: Scrum Artifacts
What participants can expect:
By completing this course, participants will earn a Scrum Foundations certificate of completion that validates their knowledge about the fundamental elements of Scrum.
The Scrum Foundations certificate holder:
Recognizes the benefits of Scrum
Demonstrates proficient comprehension of Scrum Roles, Events, and Artifacts
Has taken a first step in the journey towards a deeper understanding and practical application of Scrum
Is more prepared to take a Scrum Alliance certification offering
Has met the learning objectives that must be covered before or during a foundational Scrum Alliance course (CSM and CSPO)
After the course:
Participants will receive:
Access to a unique self-paced eLearning assessment
Complimentary 3-month Scrum Alliance membership
A digital badge that individuals will be able to put on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Team Kanban Practitioner

Class Title: Team Kanban Practitioner
Description:
The Team Kanban Practitioner course teaches the basics of the Kanban Method and serves as the entry-level starting point to an “alternative path to agility”.
During this one-day interactive course, you will learn what the Kanban Method is, the principles and practices of the Method, and how you can build your Kanban proficiency. You will learn the basics of visualizing different types of work and associated risk. You will learn how to design and implement a Team Kanban board. You will also learn how to proceed to the next level with Kanban.
During this 1-day class, each attendee will:
• Learn the Principles and Practices of the Kanban Method
• Design and implement a basic Kanban board
• Understand different forms of Kanban systems (incl. Proto Kanban)
• Learn the basics of visualizing different types of work and identifying risks associated with them
• Experience the benefit of WIP limits to improve flow
• Learn how to run the Kanban meetings to focus on the work and allow the team to organize around it
• Building a higher level of quality through the use of a Team Kanban
• Know that there is much more in the Kanban body of knowledge to learn
Certificate issued: standard certificate of completion AND Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) credential certificate, TKP badge shown on KU website and TKP badge file made available to role members.
Positioning and Target Group: Target audience for this course is broad. Anyone
interested in Kanban from any industry.
