Wondering if your baby is on track with development?

The first year of life is full of rapid growth and change. In this workshop, we’ll walk through major developmental milestones from birth to 12 months and teach you simple ways to support your baby’s development through everyday play and routines.

Led by a pediatric occupational therapist and IBCLC, this workshop will cover:

✔ Gross motor milestones (rolling, sitting, crawling, walking)

✔ Fine motor skills (grasping, reaching, hand use)

✔ Oral motor and feeding development

✔ Sensory development and play

✔ Communication and early social interaction

✔ Red flags to watch for and when to seek support

✔ Activities that help babies reach milestones naturally

You’ll also learn simple activities you can do at home to support your baby’s development without expensive toys or equipment.

Workshop Admission – $50

Includes:

• 90-minute educational workshop

• Developmental milestones guide (birth–12 months)

• Q&A with a pediatric OT and IBCLC

• Take-home resources for supporting development at home

Limited to 12 families to keep the workshop interactive.

Who Should Attend

Parents or caregivers of babies newborn to 12 months or those expecting a baby. Babies are welcome to attend.
