Event Refund Policy317 Main events are planned with care, and most are non-refundable. Because our programs rely on advance commitments from artists, staff, and partners, we cannot offer refunds for schedule conflicts, illness, travel changes, or other personal circumstances.However, in accordance with Eventbrite’s Organizer Refund Policy Requirements, refunds will be issued in the following situations:When Refunds Will Be Issued317 Main will provide a refund if:We cancelthe event or the advertised experience is not delivered.We postponethe event and do not reschedule it within 90 days.We significantly changethe event so that it no longer reflects the description provided at the time of purchase.Attendees cannot access the venue due to an issue on our side (e.g., capacity, safety, ingress/egress problems).In rare cases, Eventbrite may also issue refunds directly if required by law or payment-network rules.How to Request a RefundTo request a refund under the circumstances above:Email frontdesk@317main.org with:Your nameEvent name and dateOrder numberReason for the requestWe will respond within five (5) business days.Important NotesRefunds are not available for personal schedule changes, transportation issues, illness, or other non-317-related conflicts.Refund policies may not be changed retroactively except to benefit ticket holders.If an event proceeds as scheduled, all ticket sales are final.

We’ll fill Founders Hall with great music—the kind adults actually want to hear without any awkward car-ride explanations—plus playful lights and just enough organized chaos to make it feel like a real night out, just earlier in the day.Teaching artists Emma Wiegand and Miranda MacDonald will keep things flowing and fun, with light-touch activities like floating scarves and parachutes—but at its core, this is a wide-open dance floor where moving your body is what it’s all about.
