A Breakfast Seminar Exploring Best Practices and Common Pitfalls when Transition from a PEO
Engaging a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) initially made business and financial sense. However, your organization has developed and must fiercely compete for talent. If you have more than 100 employees, you have likely outgrown the PEO model. Yet the complexity of transitioning out of connected systems built on a technology platform that is not your own can be daunting.
Please join ABD and ADP for an informative breakfast seminar where HR and PEO transition experts will share their experience and insight to help you navigate the transition smoothly, including:

Timeliness and transition readiness

Tips to ensure a smooth transition

How to avoid pitfalls

Compliance and tax implications

What does life look like after the transition?
