Time Stands Still is a festival to showcase our beautiful small town and celebrate rural living, while also driving commerce to our many unique businesses and sponsors. We hope you make a day of exploring Council Grove - we truly believe it is one of those special places in which time stands still.
Both tickets are considered standing room. GA tickets are in the limestone seating area. GA tickets will have designated areas for lawn chairs at the top lawn and side lawn. VIP tickets will be directly in front of the stage with access to VIP only restrooms and beer garden.
It's likley! There are very limited VIP tickets, so if you are interested in VIP, grab them quick! Wyatt Flores has sold out all of his recent shows in the area and we expect it to be a packed house for him in Council Grove. We can't wait to give him a Kansas welcome at the Neosho Riverwalk!
Your ID (if you want to purchase beer!), sunscreen, one water bottle, friends, family, party pants and good vibes!
Weapons, outside food or drink, coolers, motorized transportation (ATV’s, golf carts, etc.). Please don’t ride skateboards or bicycles within the park area for everyone’s safety.
We wish we could have all the dogs at the festival, but for the safety of everyone (including all the dogs), no pets are allowed. Service animals are acceptable, but must wear their service animal identification.
For sure! You’ll find the Riverbank Brewing beer garden ready to serve you fine craft beer and adult beverages. There will also be food vendors to satisfy your taste buds! Follow our social media for more information!
Time Stands Sill is rain or shine…because, Kansas! The event is in a park along the Neosho River, so dress accordingly to be comfortable! There are plenty of trees for shade, but the limestone rocks can get hot in the summer. No refunds will be given for bad weather.

Yes! Please note lawn chairs will be allowed in designated areas only. Lawn chairs will NOT be allowed in the VIP, standing room only, and certain GA areas.
