Do you find yourself rushing minutes before a due date?Together we’ll learn time management and how to overcome procrastination for success, resilience, and innovation.Why Is Time Management Important For Students/Professionals?Effective time management allows students/professionals to complete more in less time, because their attention is focused and they're not wasting time on distractions (such as social media, for example. Efficient use of time also reduces stress, as students tick off items from their to-do list. It helps students prioritize tasks so they are able to complete school work and assignments on time.(This talk is hosted by SKY club at University of California, SF.
