Time Blocking

This class focuses on effective time blocking systems that help MCAs and leadership teams stay focused on high-impact priorities and reduce distractions throughout the day. Participants will learn how to structure schedules intentionally to support productivity, consistency, and better time management.

The session covers strategies for prioritizing “Big Rocks,” protecting lead generation and focus time, managing meetings more effectively, and creating routines that support both operational responsibilities and leadership growth. MCAs will also learn how time blocking can improve accountability, reduce overwhelm, and create stronger daily habits across the Market Center.

This class is designed to help participants build practical scheduling systems that lead to greater efficiency, clarity, and long-term success.
